Linking Forms from Navigation

Adding a registration form to your store is useful, but customers also need an easy way to find it. Shopify navigation allows you to add a direct link to a page containing your Rivio B2B Registration Form.

For example, you can add links such as Wholesale Registration, Become a Retailer, or Distributor Application to your store's main menu.

Before You Begin

Before adding a form link to your navigation, make sure:

• Rivio B2B Registration Forms is installed.
• You have created and published the form.
• The form is already added to a Shopify page.
• You know the page URL where the form is displayed.

Create a Page for Your Form

If you have not already created a page for the form:

1. Open Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Online Store → Pages.
3. Click Add page.
4. Enter a suitable page title, such as Wholesale Registration.
5. Add the form to the page using the supported app block or embedding method.
6. Save the page.

Make sure the form is visible and working correctly before adding the page to your navigation.

Open Shopify Navigation

To add the form page to your store menu:

1. Open Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Content → Menus.
3. Select the menu where you want to add the form link.
4. Click Add menu item.

Depending on your Shopify admin setup, navigation settings may be located under the available menu management section.

Add the Form Page to the Menu

After clicking Add menu item:

1. Enter a name for the menu item.
2. Click the Link field.
3. Select Pages.
4. Choose the page containing your registration form.
5. Click Add.
6. Click Save menu.

For example, you can use:

• Wholesale Registration
• Become a Retailer
• Distributor Application

Choose a clear name so customers immediately understand where the link will take them.

Add the Form Link to Different Menus

You can add the form page to different navigation menus depending on your store's requirements.

This makes your forms easier to find from different areas of your store.

Reorder the Menu Item

You can change the position of the form link within the menu.

For example, you may want to place Wholesale Registration near other wholesale-related links.

Simply drag the menu item to the desired position and save your changes.

Check the Navigation Link

After saving your menu:

1. Open your storefront.
2. Open the navigation menu.
3. Click the form link.
4. Confirm that it opens the correct page.
5. Make sure the registration form is displayed correctly.
6. Submit a test application if needed.

If the Form Link Is Not Working

If customers cannot access the form from the navigation:

1. Check that the linked page is published.
2. Verify that the menu item points to the correct page.
3. Open the page directly and confirm that the form is working.
4. Check that the form is published in Rivio B2B Registration Forms.
5. Make sure the form app block or embed is still present on the page.
6. Save the navigation changes again and refresh the storefront.
