Embedding Forms

Rivio B2B Registration Forms allows you to display your registration forms directly on your Shopify store. Embedding a form makes it easy for customers to access and submit applications without needing to navigate away from your website.

Follow the steps below to embed a form on your store.

Before You Begin

Before embedding a form, make sure:

• Rivio B2B Registration Forms is installed.
• You have created a form in the app.
• The form is published and ready to use.
• You know the page where you want to display the form.

Open Your Form

1. Open Rivio B2B Registration Forms from your Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Forms.
3. Find the form you want to embed.
4. Open the form and check that it is published.

Make sure you select the correct form if you have multiple forms.

Copy the Form Embed Code

If your form provides an Embed Code option:

1. Open the form details.
2. Find the Embed or Embed Form option.
3. Copy the provided embed code.
4. Keep the code ready to add to your Shopify page.

The embed code connects the page on your store with the selected form.

Add the Form to a Shopify Page

To display the form on a Shopify page:

1. Open Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Online Store → Pages.
3. Open the page where you want to display the form.
4. Add an HTML / Custom HTML section if available.
5. Paste the form embed code into the appropriate area.
6. Save the page.

The form should now be available on the selected page.

Check the Embedded Form

Open the page on your storefront and verify that the form is displayed correctly.

Check that:

• The form is visible.
• All required fields are displayed.
• The form layout looks correct.
• Customers can enter their information.
• The Submit button is available.

Submit a test application to make sure the form works as expected.

Embedding Forms on Other Supported Pages

Depending on your Shopify theme and setup, you may also be able to add the form to other supported areas of your storefront.

You can use the Shopify Theme Editor to add the appropriate app block or embed option where supported.

Always preview the page before publishing your changes.

If the Form Is Not Displaying

If the embedded form does not appear on your storefront:

1. Make sure the form is published.
2. Confirm that you copied the complete embed code.
3. Make sure the code was added to the correct page or section.
4. Refresh the storefront page.
5. Clear your browser cache and try again.
6. Check whether the form is available in the selected theme or page location.

If you are using a theme app extension, make sure the required app embed or app block is enabled in the Shopify Theme Editor.

Avoid Editing the Embed Code

Do not change or remove parts of the embed code unless you know exactly what you are changing.

Modifying the code may prevent the form from loading or working correctly.

If you need to customize the form's appearance or behavior, use the available settings in Rivio B2B Registration Forms whenever possible.

Removing an Embedded Form

If you no longer want to display a form:

1. Open the Shopify page or Theme Editor where the form was added.
2. Remove the embed code or app block.
3. Save your changes.
4. Visit the storefront to confirm that the form has been removed.

Removing the form from your storefront does not delete the form or previously submitted applications from the app.
