Filtering Applications

Rivio B2B Registration Forms makes it easy to narrow down your submitted applications using the Form filter on the Submissions page. This helps you quickly view applications submitted through a specific registration form.

How to Filter Applications by Form

To filter your applications:

1. Open Rivio B2B Registration Forms from your Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Submissions.
3. Locate the Form dropdown at the top of the page.
4. Click the dropdown to view the available forms.
5. Select the form you want to filter by.

The submissions list will then show only the applications submitted through the selected form.

Available Form Options

The Form dropdown includes all the registration forms available in the app. For example, you may see:

• All forms – Shows applications from all forms.
• New form – Shows applications submitted through the New form.
• Wholesale application form – Shows wholesale applications.
• Tested from – Shows applications submitted through this form.
• Trade professional program – Shows applications submitted through the trade professional form.

View All Applications

If you want to see applications from every form, select All forms from the dropdown.

This returns the submissions list to showing applications from all available registration forms.

Combine Form Filtering with Status Filters

You can also combine the Form filter with the status filters displayed on the Submissions page.

For example:

1. Select Wholesale application form from the Form dropdown.
2. Select Pending from the status filters.
3. The list will show pending applications submitted through the Wholesale application form.

This makes it easier to find specific applications that require your attention.

Why Use Form Filters?

Filtering applications by form is especially useful when your store has multiple registration forms. It helps you:

• Quickly find submissions from a specific form.
• Review applications for a particular customer type.
• Focus on applications from a specific registration process.
• Reduce the time spent searching through all submissions.
