Exporting Submitted Applications

Rivio B2B Registration Forms allows you to export your submitted applications as a CSV file. This makes it easy to download submission data and use it for reporting, record keeping, or further analysis.

How to Export Applications

To export your submitted applications:

1. Open Rivio B2B Registration Forms from your Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Submissions.
3. Review the applications listed on the page.
4. Click the Export CSV button in the top-right corner.
5. The application data will be downloaded as a CSV file.

What Can You Export?

The exported file contains information from your submitted applications, making it easier to work with your submission data outside the app.

Depending on the information collected by your forms, the exported data can include details such as:

• Applicant information
• Email address
• Form name
• Submission reference
• Submission date
• Application status
• Submitted form fields

Export Filtered Applications

Before exporting, you can use the available search and filter options to narrow down the applications you want to work with.

For example, you can:

• Search for a specific applicant.
• Filter applications by form.
• Filter applications by status such as Approved, Pending, Rejected, or Spam.

This can help you focus on a specific group of applications before exporting the submission data.
