Searching Applications

Rivio B2B Registration Forms makes it easy to find a specific application from the Submissions page. You can search by applicant details, form information, or use status and form filters to quickly locate the applications you need.

How to Search for an Application

To search for an application:

1. Open Rivio B2B Registration Forms from your Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Submissions.
3. Use the Search field at the top of the page.
4. Enter an applicant's email address, name, form name, or form ID.
5. The submission list will automatically show matching applications.

For example, if you want to find an application submitted using an email address such as kintesh@rivioapps.com, enter the email address in the search field.

Filter Applications by Status

You can also narrow down your results using the status filters:

• All – Shows all applications.
• Pending – Shows applications waiting for review.
• Approved – Shows approved applications.
• Rejected – Shows rejected applications.
• Spam – Shows applications marked as spam.

This is useful when you want to focus only on applications that require a specific action.

Filter Applications by Form

The Form dropdown lets you filter submissions based on the registration form used by the applicant.

For example, if your store has multiple forms such as Wholesale application form and New form, select the required form from the dropdown to view only submissions from that form.

Search and Filter Together

You can combine the search field with the status and form filters to find an application faster.

For example:

1. Select Pending to show applications that still need review.
2. Select Wholesale application form from the Form dropdown.
3. Enter the applicant's name or email address in the Search field.

The results will be narrowed down to applications matching your selected criteria.

View an Application

Once you find the application you need, click the application or the View icon in the Actions column to open its details.

From there, you can review the submitted information and take the appropriate action, such as approving, rejecting, or marking the application as spam.
