Uninstalling the App

If you no longer need Rivio B2B Registration Forms, you can uninstall the app directly from your Shopify Admin.

Before uninstalling, we recommend reviewing your existing forms and submissions to make sure you no longer need any information stored in the app.

Step 1: Open Shopify Admin

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Apps and sales channels.

Step 2: Find Rivio B2B Registration Forms

1. Locate Rivio B2B Registration Forms in your list of installed apps.
2. Click the app to open its details.
3. Select the option to uninstall or remove the app.

Step 3: Confirm the Uninstallation

Shopify will ask you to confirm that you want to uninstall the app.

Review the information shown and confirm the uninstallation.

Once confirmed, Rivio B2B Registration Forms will be removed from your Shopify store.

Important Before Uninstalling

Before removing the app, make sure you have completed any actions you still need to perform.

We recommend:

• Reviewing any pending applications.
• Exporting or saving submission information you may need later.
• Checking your published registration forms.
• Removing the Wholesale Form block from your Shopify theme if it is no longer needed.
• Confirming that you no longer need the app's features or stored data.

After Uninstalling

After the app is uninstalled, your registration forms and app functionality will no longer be available through Rivio B2B Registration Forms.

If you previously added a Wholesale Form block to your Shopify theme, check your theme and remove the block if you no longer want it displayed on your storefront.
