If the Wholesale Form app block is not appearing in your Shopify Theme Editor, it may be related to your theme, the page template you are editing, or the way the app block is being added.
Follow the steps below to check the setup.
Check Your Theme
First, make sure you are editing your current Shopify theme.
- Open your Shopify Admin.
- Go to Online Store → Themes.
- Find your active theme.
- Click Customize to open the Theme Editor.
Make sure you are editing the theme that is currently published on your storefront.
Check for the App Block
In the Theme Editor:
- Open the page where you want to display the registration form.
- Click Add section or Add block.
- Select Apps.
- Look for Wholesale Form.
If the Wholesale Form app block appears, select it and add it to your page.
Make Sure You Are Editing the Correct Template
Shopify allows different pages to use different templates. Make sure you are editing the template assigned to the page where you want to display the form.
For example, if your registration form is intended for a Wholesale Application page, make sure you are editing that page or its assigned template.
Check Theme Compatibility
The availability of app blocks can depend on your Shopify theme and its support for app blocks.
If you cannot find the Wholesale Form block under Apps, check whether your theme supports Shopify app blocks.
Using a compatible Online Store 2.0 theme can help ensure that app blocks are available in the Theme Editor.
Check the App Installation
Make sure Rivio B2B Registration Forms is installed and active on your Shopify store.
If the app was recently installed, refresh the Shopify Theme Editor and check the Apps section again.
Try Refreshing the Theme Editor
Sometimes the Theme Editor may not immediately show a newly installed app block.
Try the following:
- Save any existing theme changes.
- Close the Theme Editor.
- Reopen the Theme Editor.
- Navigate back to the required page.
- Click Add section or Add block → Apps.
- Check for Wholesale Form again.
Make Sure the App Embed Is Enabled
If the app requires an app embed for its functionality, make sure it is enabled in your theme.
Go to:
Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds
Look for the relevant Rivio B2B Registration Forms app embed and make sure it is enabled.
After Adding the App Block
Once the Wholesale Form block appears:
- Add the block to the desired page.
- Enter the correct Form Slug.
- Make sure the selected form is published or active.
- Click Save.
- Open the page on your storefront and verify the form.
Contact Support
If the Wholesale Form app block still does not appear after checking the above settings, contact the Rivio B2B Registration Forms support team.
When contacting support, provide:
- Your Shopify store URL
- Your theme name
- The page where you want to add the form
- A screenshot of the Theme Editor
- A description of the issue
This information can help identify the cause and provide a faster solution.
Summary
If the Wholesale Form app block is not appearing, first check that you are using the correct active theme and page template. Then verify that the app is installed, your theme supports app blocks, and the required app embed is enabled.
Once the block appears, add it to your page, enter the correct Form Slug, save your theme, and check the storefront.
