If your registration form is not appearing on your Shopify storefront, it is usually related to the form block, form slug, or the form's status. Follow the steps below to check your setup and make sure the form is displayed correctly.
Check the Form Status
First, make sure the form you want to display is Active and published.
- Open Rivio B2B Registration Forms from your Shopify Admin.
- Go to Forms.
- Open the form you want to display.
- Check the Status in the Details section.
- Make sure the status is set to Active.
A form that is still in Draft or Archived status may not be available to display on your storefront.
Add the Wholesale Form Block
Make sure the Wholesale Form block has been added to the correct page in your Shopify theme.
- Open the Shopify Theme Editor.
- Navigate to the page where you want the registration form to appear.
- Click Add section or Add block.
- Select Apps.
- Select Wholesale Form.
- Add the block to the page.
Check the Form Slug
The Form Slug tells the Wholesale Form block which registration form to display.
- Open the form in Rivio B2B Registration Forms.
- Find the Slug in the form's Details section.
- Copy the form slug.
- Return to the Shopify Theme Editor.
- Select the Wholesale Form block.
- Enter the copied value in the Form Slug field.
For example, if your form slug is:
wholesale-application-form
Make sure the same value is entered in the block's Form Slug field.
Save Your Theme Changes
After adding the block and entering the correct form slug:
- Click Save in the Shopify Theme Editor.
- Open the corresponding page on your storefront.
- Refresh the page and check whether the form is displayed.
Make Sure You Are Using the Correct Page
Check that the Wholesale Form block has been added to the page you are viewing on your storefront.
For example, if you added the form to the Contact page, make sure you are checking the Contact page rather than your Home page or another page.
Check the Form Slug Again
If the form still does not appear, double-check the Form Slug for spelling and spaces.
The slug in the Theme Editor must match the slug of the published form in the app.
Summary
If your form is not displaying on your website, check the following:
- The form status is Active.
- The Wholesale Form block has been added to the correct page.
- The correct Form Slug has been entered.
- The Shopify theme changes have been saved.
- You are viewing the same storefront page where the form block was added.
Checking these settings should help you identify the most common reasons a registration form is not displaying on your Shopify storefront.
