Getting Started

Follow these simple steps to complete your setup:

Step 1: Create Your First Form

Create your first wholesale registration form using the built-in form builder. You can customize the fields to collect the information your business needs, such as company details, contact information, tax or resale certificates, and more.

Step 2: Display the Form on Your Storefront

Add the Wholesale Form block to any page in your Shopify theme using the Theme Editor. Enter your published form's Form Slug to display the correct registration form.

Step 3: Receive Customer Applications

Once your form is live, customer applications will automatically appear in the Submissions section, where you can review and manage them.

Step 4: Approve Wholesale Customers

Review each application and approve qualified customers to create Shopify B2B customers and start selling wholesale.
