Creating a registration form with Rivio B2B Registration Forms is quick and easy. You can start with a ready-to-use template or create your own form from scratch. Once your form is created, you can customize it, publish it, and display it on your Shopify storefront.
Step 1: Open the Forms Page
- Log in to your Shopify Admin.
- Open Rivio B2B Registration Forms.
- Click Forms from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click Create a Form.
The form creation page will open.
Step 2: Choose How to Start
You can create a registration form in one of two ways.
Option 1: Use a Template
Choose a pre-built template to get started quickly.
Available templates include:
- Wholesale Registration
- Retailer / Stockist Application
- Trade Professional Program
- Quote Request
- Newsletter Signup
- Contact Form
- Feedback Form
- Short Survey
Click Use Template on the template that best fits your business.
Option 2: Create a Blank Form
Select a blank form if you'd like to build your registration form from scratch. You can add and customize every field to suit your business needs.
Step 3: Enter Form Details
After creating your form, enter the basic information.
- Form Name – An internal name to identify the form.
- Form Title – The title displayed to your customers.
- Description – A short description explaining the purpose of the form.
You can update these details at any time.
Step 4: Customize Your Form
Use the Form Builder to create a registration form that matches your business requirements.
You can:
- Add new fields.
- Remove unnecessary fields.
- Edit field labels.
- Reorder fields using drag and drop.
- Mark fields as required.
- Add placeholder text.
- Add helper text or descriptions.
You can also organize your form using headings, paragraphs, and divider elements.
Step 5: Configure Form Settings
Open the Settings tab to customize how your form works.
You can configure:
- Customer confirmation message.
- Customer notification emails.
- Admin notification emails.
- Application approval settings.
- Customer tags.
- Other available form options.
Step 6: Save and Publish Your Form
- Click Save.
- Review your form.
- Publish the form when you're ready.
Once published, your registration form is ready to be added to your storefront.
Step 7: Display Your Form on Your Store
- Open the Shopify Theme Editor.
- Add the Wholesale Form app block to a page.
- Enter the published Form Slug.
- Click Save.
Customers can now submit registration applications directly from your storefront.
