Creating Your First Registration Form

Creating a wholesale registration form with Rivio B2B Registration Forms only takes a few minutes. You can create a new form, customize its fields, configure the form settings, and publish it when you're ready.

Step 1: Create a New Form

1. Open Rivio B2B Registration Forms from your Shopify Admin.
2. Click Create a Form.
3. Enter a name for your registration form.
4. Click Create to open the Form Builder.

Step 2: Add Form Fields

Use the Form Builder to add the information you want to collect from your wholesale customers.

1. Click Add Field.
2. Select the field type you want to add.
3. Repeat the process until your form includes all the required fields.

You can add field types such as:

• Single Line Text
• Multi Line Text
• Email
• Phone Number
• Number
• Dropdown
• Radio Buttons
• Checkboxes
• Date Picker
• File Upload
• Heading
• Paragraph
• Divider

Step 3: Configure Field Settings

After adding a field, you can customize its settings to match your business requirements.

You can configure options such as:

• Field Label
• Placeholder Text
• Help Text
• Required Field
• Default Value (where applicable)

You can also drag and drop fields to rearrange them in any order.

Step 4: Organize Your Form

Improve the appearance of your registration form by using layout elements.

• Add headings to separate sections.
• Insert paragraphs to provide instructions.
• Use dividers to organize related fields.

A well-structured form makes it easier for customers to complete their wholesale application.

Step 5: Configure Form Settings

Open the Settings tab to customize how your registration form works.

You can configure:

• Form title and description.
• Success message displayed after submission.
• Customer email notifications.
• Admin notification emails.
• Application approval settings.
• Additional form options available in the app.

Step 6: Save and Publish Your Form

1. Click Save.
2. Publish your registration form.
3. Copy the Form Slug from the form details.

You'll use the Form Slug when adding the Wholesale Form block to your storefront.

Next Step

After publishing your form, add it to your Shopify storefront using the Shopify Theme Editor. Add the Wholesale Form app block, enter your Form Slug, and save your changes.

Your wholesale registration form will then be live and ready to accept customer applications.

Tip

You can edit your registration form at any time to add or remove fields, update field settings, change notification emails, or publish new changes.
