Rivio B2B Registration Forms allows you to manage the status of each registration form. You can set a form to Draft, Active, or Archived depending on how you want to use it.
You can change the form status from the Details section of the form.
1. Draft
Use Draft when you are still creating or editing a form and do not want it to be available for customers yet.
A draft form is useful when:
- You are still adding or editing fields.
- You want to review the form before publishing it.
- You are not ready to accept applications.
Example: You are creating a new wholesale registration form and still need to add a few required fields. Keep the form in Draft until it is ready.
2. Active
Use Active when your form is ready to be used by customers.
An active form can be published on your Shopify storefront using the Wholesale Form block.
An active form is useful when:
- The form is ready for customers.
- You want to accept new applications.
- The form has been added to your Shopify store.
Example: Your wholesale application form is complete and published on your Wholesale page. Set its status to Active so customers can submit applications.
3. Archived
Use Archived when you no longer want to actively use a form but want to keep it for reference.
Archiving can be useful when:
- A form is no longer needed.
- You have replaced an old form with a new one.
- You want to keep the form without using it for new applications.
Example: You created a new version of your wholesale application form and no longer want customers to use the old version. You can set the old form to Archived.
