With Rivio B2B Registration Forms, you can add private notes to a submission while reviewing an application. Internal notes are useful for keeping track of important details, decisions, or follow-up actions related to an applicant.
Step 1: Open the Application
- Open Rivio B2B Registration Forms in your Shopify Admin.
- Go to Submissions.
- Open the application where you want to add a note.
Review the applicant's information before adding your note.
Step 2: Add an Internal Note
In the Review section, find the Internal note (optional) field.
Enter any information that you or your team may need to remember about the application.
For example:
Business details verified. Resale certificate checked and everything looks good.
You can also use internal notes to record:
- Information verified during the review.
- Follow-up actions.
- Communication with the applicant.
- Reasons behind an approval or rejection.
- Notes for other team members.
Step 3: Save the Note
After entering your note, save the submission or complete the available action on the application.
The note will remain associated with the submission so your team can refer to it later.
Internal Notes vs. Applicant Messages
Internal notes are meant for your team, while the Reason (sent to applicant) field is used when you need to communicate a rejection reason to the applicant.
Tip: Keep internal notes short, clear, and useful. Avoid adding information that should be communicated directly to the applicant in the Internal Note field.
